Who's Behind This

Before The Beyond Borders Club existed, it was just a familiar feeling — another 9-to-5, another commute, another year spent imagining a life actually spent out in the world instead of just picturing it.

Ashish built his career across edtech, hospitality, and sales — different rooms, same lesson every time: people don't remember the itinerary, they remember how a trip made them feel. That instinct shapes every route this club designs. He's also a trained voice-over artist, for what it's worth — so if a line in your trip plan sounds like it was written to be read aloud, it probably was.

The Beyond Borders Club exists because he stopped treating "someday" as an answer. It's run the same way for every traveller who comes through it — like their trip is the only one that matters, because for that week, it is.

Why don't you show prices on the site?

Every trip we plan is priced individually — it depends on the season, group size, level of luxury, and how deep into a destination you want to go. Showing a generic number would mean guessing. We'd rather have a real conversation and come back with an honest one.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

Earlier is better for peak-season travel — cherry blossom season in Japan, migration season on safari, that kind of thing. That said, we've pulled together trips on shorter notice too. Reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your dates.

Do you only plan trips for couples, or can you handle groups and families too?

All of the above — honeymoons, multi-generational family trips, solo travellers, and corporate offsites or incentive travel. The approach is the same either way: built around the people actually going, not a template.

What happens after I send an enquiry or book a consultation call?

One person from our team reaches out to actually talk through what you're picturing — not just email you a brochure. From there we build a route, share it with you, and refine it until it feels right before anything gets booked.

Can plans change once I'm actually travelling?

Yes. We stay reachable while you're on the ground, so if something needs to shift — weather, energy levels, wanting an extra day somewhere — we can flex the plan instead of leaving you stuck with a fixed itinerary.

Do I need to pay for everything upfront?

Deposit and payment structure is discussed individually once your itinerary is finalised — we'll walk you through exactly how and when before you commit to anything.
